LJ Rader is the co-founder of Fanflare Sports, focusing on the Product and Social sides of the platform.
He heads up the Broadcast Group at Sportradar, and previously held Product roles at DraftKings and NBC Sports, winning an Emmy Award for his coverage of the Olympics at the latter.
He hates what Twitter has become, is passionate about Social Media (having started ArtButMakeItSports), and representation for Women's Sports (go NY Liberty!)
Elling Hofland is the co-founder of Fanflare Sports, focusing on the Engineering side of the platform.
He has held roles in Product at Sportradar and companies in the Retail Technology and Cybersecurity spaces after starting his career as an analyst at DraftKings. He's a die-hard NCAA Women's Volleyball fan, and is excited to build a platform to that will give him a new place to interact with other fans.
