By downloading, accessing, or using the FanFlare Sports mobile application or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

FanFlare Sports provides tools for sports fans to follow volleyball teams, view stats, and participate in community discussions.
We reserve the right to update or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. User Content

You may post photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”) on the Service.
By posting, you grant FanFlare Sports a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content within the Service.

You may not post content that:

  • Violates any laws or third-party rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or offensive material
  • Misrepresents your identity or affiliation

We may remove content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and software used in FanFlare Sports (excluding User Content) are the property of FanFlare Group LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute this material without written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Collect or harvest data from other users
  • Impersonate another person or entity

7. Monetization and Future Features

FanFlare Sports is currently free to use.
We may introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, or advertising in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance and governed by updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding its reliability, performance, or accuracy.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanFlare Group LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflicts of law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be posted at https://www.fanflaresports.com/terms.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
